Welcome to Currie and Balerno Squadron!
We are a small but active Royal Air Force Air Cadet unit located in South West Edinburgh, welcoming all those 12 and up* from the surrounding areas. We currently have over 20 cadets enrolled who participate in a variety of different activities both on and off squadron such as; flying and gliding, shooting, adventure training, and camps at RAF stations; needless to say the RAFAC is no ordinary youth organisation.
*New cadets can enrol from 13 years old (or 12 and started S1) to before their 17th birthday

Parade Times
We parade on Monday and Thursday evenings from 1900 to 2130.
We also occasionally offer activites on weekends and other days.
